Welcome to Kyle L. Mastro - Attorney at Law
Kyle Logan Mastro, was born in New Brunswick, N.J., was raised outside of Philadelphia. Mr. Mastro attended the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in 2005. Afterwards Mr. Mastro attended the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Mastro was a member of Miami's International Moot Court Board, where he represented the University in the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, the largest moot court competition in the world. In Miami, Mr. Mastro got his first real life litigation experience working for the Miami Dade State Attorney's Office.
Mr. Mastro, missing the northeast, chose to return and started his own law practice. The law firm of Kyle Mastro practices in Civil Litigation generally. When someone is getting sued or wants to file a suit, they are always welcome to call the office and discuss their case. A focus in Mr. Mastro's practice has been Debt Collection Defense and Fair Debt Collection Act lawsuits. This includes individual suits as well as class actions. While Mr. Mastro focuses on these areas, he routinely handles all manner of Civil Litigation as well as Bankruptcy.
Mr. Mastro routinely lectures at Continuing Legal Education courses for Legal Services of New Jersey. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Law Attorneys, the Somerset County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Mastro volunteers his time by accepting pro bono cases from Legal Services of New Jersey. In his spare time, Mr. Mastro enjoys hiking, exercise and reading.
